Lean Startup Week 2017 – Getting Bigger and Better Each Year

Lean Startup Company is founded by Eric Ries, Heather McGough and Melissa Moore and helps entrepreneurs and innovators build better products using the Lean Startup methodology. Through their live events, they promote the best practices of implementing their proposed methodology.

In May 2017, they held a Lean Startup conference in New York. Experts, both old and new from the industry were invited to speak about tried and tested strategies. It also included a workshop on how to implement the methodology in established organizations.

In June 2017, they gathered industry leaders across fintech, cleantech, telecommunications at London Stock Exchange and conducted a conference to exchange ideas on boosting growth in startups, enterprises and Government agencies.

Riding on the success of these events, they are now going to hold a conference during October 30th – November 5th, 2017 in San Francisco. During the week, 2,000+ entrepreneurs, founders, innovators, and thought leaders will gather in downtown San Francisco to learn from one another, share experiences, and make new connections.

Since the latest book from Eric Ries, “The Startup Way” will be open to public in October 2017, they want to conduct a conference around the big ideas from the book. Whether you’re an entrepreneur or a corporate innovator, you’ll learn how to implement and evolve the Lean Startup methodology beyond the startup phase—to scale—in enterprise, in government, in nonprofits, and in areas you’d least expect it. Alongside keynotes and case studies at Lean Startup Week, they offer workshops and mentoring sessions where you can have more immersive experiences, breaking off a chunk of the practice and working through it with our seasoned experts. The learnings you come away with happen on all levels, from the inspirational to the personal. And, of course, you’ll also receive a copy of the book!
